APOSTOLIS TOTSIKAS IN RED SKY
Red Sky movie was shot last summer in Crete. Some unreleased video stills with actor Apostolis Totsikas who co-stars in the film debuting in theaters on March 25 today at the eternal optimist.
Cast : Pihla VIItala, Apostolis Totsikas, Orfeas Avgoustidis, Michalis Mitrousis, Aggeliki Lemoni,Laertis Vasiliou and others.

IPPOLITO FALL 2011-12 PREVIEW
Today I was invited by designer Pavlina Papailiopoulou at her boutique in Plaka. Few weeks before her Ippolito show for Fall 2011-12, she posed for me with one of her new bags for the next fall, exclusively presented on my blog. Her new collection will soon be filmed by director Theo Prodromidis in a very promising fashion video.
Below the Greek designer posed for me wearing a Bottega Veneta scarf printed by her at the time she was working for the Italian fashion house and Tomas Maier.
TIMELESSNESS
ModaLisboa Fashion Week celebrates its 20 years and young Portugese designer Ricardo Andrez will present a capsule men's collection on March 12 at Mud_Museu do Design e da Moda in Lisbon. Using the paradox of geometries and assymetries, Andrez based his collection on his ancestors' fairytale, pagan and fascinating and mixes entertainment and high morals, real and imaginary, city and forest, adult and childhood. Albert de Castro is a Portugese fashion analyst. He introduced Andrez's collection "The language of the pieces is anchored to the fairytale, not only through the perspective of the real and the imaginary, but also in the timelessness. Basing ourselves in the mythical instance and persistent fairytale, this is also a collection whose strong point is continuity. With the passing of the time, it changes and with the deterioration of the pieces, attains new behaviors, new ways of being just like the fairytale which transforms itself over time as the expression of the different realities produced by man."

LIGHTNESS OF BEING inspired by DAPHNE VALENTE
24 artists created being inspired by a pleated shawl of Greek designer Daphne Valente, titled "Lightness of Being" and the homonymous exhibition will open during the 13th Athens fashion week that will be held on March 30 - April 4 at Technopolis, Athens. Among the participants are Dora Michailidis (photo 1 below), Vassilis Vrettos (photo 2 below), Tassos Vrettos (photo above), Vassilis Karydis, Mara Desypris, Roula Revi (photo 3 below), Vaggelis Kyris and others.

He is the frontman of Our Mountain band. She is a model. After his last gig, he walked in the John Rocha show. She did not walk in the New York Fashion Week's shows so as to perform with Our Mountain in New York. Abbey Lee Kershaw and Matthew Hutchinson are undoubtedly the most elegant couple around and it's been ages since we last saw anything similar - no wonder why Vogue Germany hosted them together in a fashion editorial. You could call it old or retro, don't forget that the 70s are a big hit in this spring's fashion though! By the way, Our Mountain band seems to be quite interesting. Watch the video below
