EXCLUSIVE: PIZZA 4 PRESENTATION AT THE GIANFRANCO FERRE FOUNDATION IN MILAN

On the occasion of the Milan Fashion Week, Pizza Digitale launched it fourth chapter last night at the space of Gianfranco Ferre Foundation in Milan. The event was entitled Pizza 4 Presentation and Amir Bakhtiar was there and took some exclusive images for the eternal optimist.

This foundation is basically an association founded in memory of the Italian designer and aims to preserve and make available to the audience the Gianfranco Ferre philosophy. 

Some young artists of the Italian scene, inspired by the work of Gianfranco Ferre made special covers for the PIZZA 4 launch. On display were the works of Alessandro Simonetti, Alvise Bittente, Agne Racieviciute, Renato Leotta, Sabine Delafon, Benedetta Panisson, Alan Maglio, Sebastiano Mauri, Nicola Gobbetto, Paolo Gonzato and Sara Scanderebech.

CARRERA Y CARRERA COLLABORATION WITH DUYOS

Emblematic Spanish jewellery firm Carrera y Carrera and renowned fashion designer Juan Duyos collaborate for the first time in the Fall 2012-3 Duyos collection which was recently showcased in Madrid Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. 

The designers opened the doors of the Carrera y Carrera boutique on 76 Serrano street for a private after-party which was attended by fifty selected guests compirising of customers of both brands and personalities from the world of fashion,art, politics and business. It seems that this design synergy has already reached success.

100 ISSUES FOR ROLLING STONE MAGAZINE

Rolling Stone magazine launched its 100th issue and hosted a party to celebrate at Rotonda Della Besana in Milan.

STROBOSCOPIC SHOWCASE

Last night On|Off hosted Stroboscopic Showcase, a private event at The Rook and Raven Gallery in London where Turner Prize winner Martic Creed was one of the superstars that performed live for 80 specially selected guests. The fashion/music/performance event merged with the opening of the London Fashion Week.

Designer Matteo Molinari dressed Creed and his band(above). Each one of the performers was actually dressed by a different designer. Charlie Le Mindu took over Amanda Lepore (below posing with Amir Bakhtiar, graphic designer at Maison Martin Margiela and dearest friend of mine backstage)

Pop artist Alexandra Burke was also there and posed with Matteo Molinari (below)

BETTINA X ZOLOTAS

Two of the oldest houses in Athens, Bettina and Zolotas united and celebrate their synergy today. They decided to invite their friends in Zolotas store of Athens to celebrate the launch of their jewels on a day that the union of the absolute and true love is celebrated worldwide.

EXCLUSIVE - ILIA IN THE BACKROOM

It doesn't matter if I find her well dressed or not. I cannot think of any adjective to describe her. I am sure she doesn't care about that either. You know why? Because there is a gap between her and most others, they just don't understand her. This is also called star quality. 

Ilia Darlin's pictures were shot in The Backroom. A personal project by Cristos Sarris and Vassilis Kottaras exploring human characteristics.
